It would be nice to have an event that can trigger when somebody closes the chat.
This way we can trigger things to happen after the chat ends.
In my case it would open up a separate contact button on my website but I could also see this being used for having pop ups to rate customer service or promote your offering that you sell on a sales page. Etc.
I think there would be lots of cool ways to use this feature!
