When I reply to customers through messenger / Instagram / and or other platforms I would like the Charla chat for the given customer synchronized automatically in order to have full history of chat on both platforms.
Currently Charla display only answers send through Charla chat. When sending answers through Messenger / Instagram, the charla chat is not updated.
