Canned Responses in Mobile App
Canned Responses would be most helpful in the mobile app where typing long responses is cumbersome. Right now, the app is a glorified notification tool that let’s me know when to go to my computer where I can have a

Considering this is a support tool, it’s very bad when communication emails go to spam. It also looks highly suspicious when you see a crazy long weird email address followed by “on behalf of”. If I could send Ticket emails
