Having POST and GET APIs for the knowledge base would be a total game-changer, as it can be used to synchronize Charla’s knowledge base with internal systems or popular platforms like Notion or Airtable.
I think we don’t need anything fancy – just a GET request to fetch articles written with Charla, GET request to fetch available categories and a simple POST request to upload our own articles or update existing ones.
