Currently, when I use Instagram to answer 24 hours later (some times even less than 24 hours), the charla messages never go to customer.
This leads to problems, as I think the customer is updated with my answer, but the customer isn’t actually updated.
This can also lead to troubles with some customers.
In example, if the customer never see his/her appointment cancellation and come to our business to get served.
It is mandatory to know when the email send to the customer and even better if possible to know if the customer has also see the message.
