1) Immediate AI Agent Triggering
Currently, users need to send two messages before the AI Agent responds. It would be more intuitive if the AI Agent activated immediately upon the first message maby in combination with the “Required Fields” request for emails. Otherwise, users may not realize they have an AI assistant available to help them.
2) Real-Person Request Notification
When a customer explicitly requests to speak with a human agent, I should receive a notification or a special label in the conversation view. This would allow me to quickly differentiate between customers already assisted by the AI and those who need further human support. A button in the Widget witch says request human agent would maby also be great to have an explicit request option and not depend on AI understanding the request.
3) Markdown Rendering in AI Responses
The AI Agent should properly render Markdown formatting. At the moment, responses appear as raw Markdown, which can be confusing for users. Proper rendering would improve readability and user experience.
