It would be helpful if the widget could automatically translate the articles when the language changes — or at least let us write versions in different languages. Since we serve customers globally, this would really improve the experience.
I also suggest adding support for using our own OpenAI API key to translate the content, with an option to review and edit the translations before they go live.
If you allow auto-translation into all languages, please make sure we can request corrections, as AI translations aren’t always perfect.
