The option to send a chat message after a customer sends a chat, and there has been no response by an agent for, say 30 seconds. So something like “All our agents are busy, please continue to hold and we will be with you shortly”, or optionally to initiate a chatflow to ask for an email address, and then when the email address has been given, add a massage such as “Thank you for your email, one of our agent will contact you”
