Is it possible to send Whatsapp Meta templates? I don’t see a section on the dashboard to create a template or to send one.

October 6, 2025Hi, please resolve this issue as it’s really important. We can’t start a chat session with the user if we exceed the 24-hour limitation set by Meta. The only option is to send a template, but now I’m stuck with a user expecting feedback, and I can’t contact them.
