Currently, when we make an update, it doesn’t show up immediately on the widget. End users have to refresh the page to see the changes. The same happens when an agent goes from offline to online — users won’t know unless they refresh or navigate to a different page. Ideally, there should be a notification letting users know when an agent is online and ready to chat.
