The knowledge base embedding needs refinement. I embedded code from another website, and it displayed on my dashboard, but when sent to the customer, nothing appeared. Additionally, please ensure it’s resizable based on the user’s device.
I wish you could create a community group on Discord or Facebook for better collaboration with your clients; this page is slow.
